Magikly
Accessibility Statement
Updated September 1, 2026
Magikly is committed to providing an inclusive experience. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and this statement does not claim formal certification or perfect accessibility.
What we are working to support
Our current approach includes:
- keyboard access to navigation, links, controls, and forms;
- visible focus indicators for interactive elements;
- semantic page structure and meaningful heading order;
- labels, instructions, status messages, and understandable errors for forms;
- readable color contrast and text presentation;
- responsive reflow without unnecessary horizontal scrolling;
- support for browser text resizing and zoom; and
- reduced animation when a device or browser requests reduced motion.
We test and improve the site with keyboard interaction, common browser accessibility features, and assistive-technology considerations in mind.
Third-party application form
The Practitioner application is embedded from Tally, a third-party service. Because its interface is maintained outside Magikly’s codebase, parts of that experience may behave differently from the rest of the site. We include a direct link to open the application separately if the embedded version does not work well for you.
If you encounter a barrier with the application or need a reasonable alternative way to provide the same information, email us. Please do not send sensitive application materials until we agree on an appropriate alternative.
Known limitations and ongoing work
The Coming Soon site includes animated and interactive preview sections, externally delivered fonts, and an embedded form. We continue to review these areas for keyboard use, motion preferences, reflow, readable fallback presentation, and assistive-technology compatibility. Future marketplace features will require additional accessibility review before launch.
Report an accessibility problem
If something prevents you from using the site, please email hello@magikly.co. Include the page or feature involved, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We will review the issue and work toward a practical response.
